Publishing Growth Lab provides digital services and non-tangible products delivered electronically and/or through customized execution.

As such, returns are not applicable.
However, in compliance with applicable consumer protection laws, we offer a 14-day satisfaction guarantee, subject to the conditions outlined below.

  • The request is based on a change of mind

  • The dissatisfaction is related to results, performance, or outcomes that depend on external factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:

    • client-provided materials or information

    • delays or lack of cooperation from the client

    • platform-related factors (e.g. third-party algorithms, marketplace dynamics, or policy changes)

By purchasing our services, you acknowledge that no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed, as performance may vary based on multiple external variables.

4. Refund Processing

If a refund request is approved:

  • The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout

  • Processing time may take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider
